Rx100 gets a Kannada remake in the form of Shiva 143; Rajkumar's grandson Dheeren Ramkumar stars in the lead role

There are a lot of actors hailing from the family of Dr. Rajkumar. He himself is a legendary actor in the Kannada film industry. His three sons, Shiva, Raghavendra and Puneet have also become actors. Out of them, Shiva Rajkumar and Puneeth Rajkumar went on to become huge stars of Sandalwood. Raghavendra's son Vinay Rajkumar has also forayed into films. Now, it is the turn of Rajkumar's other grandson, Dheeren Ramkumar to test his luck as a hero. Dheeren is all set to make his debut with the film Shiva 143. This is an official remake of Telugu blockbuster Rx100. The makers of the film released the first look poster on the occasion of Dheeren's birthday today.

Dheeren is the son of Rajkumar's youngest daughter Poornima and son-in-law Ramkumar. Even Ramkumar is a popular actor in the Kannada film industry. Dheeren felt that a raw and intense love story like Rx100 will be the right choice to make his debut into films. The first look of the film got a good response from the audience. Anil Kumar is directing this film. More details on the film will be out once the lockdown gets lifted. Rx100 featured Kartikeya Gummakonda and Payal Rajput in the lead roles. It was a huge success at the box office. It also gave a big breakthrough for both the lead actors in the Telugu film industry. Debutant Ajay Bhupathi has directed this film. Meanwhile, Rx100 is also getting remade into Hindi, featuring Suneil Shetty's son Ahan Shetty in the lead role.
