Sacred Games 2: This season highly disappoints

Taking the series forward, the second season of Sacred Games is revealed by Anurag Kashyap and co-director Neeraj Ghaywan on the Independence day. It has been a couple of days since Netflix and Nawazuddin Siddiqui published the second season of the show.

The tale of Saif Ali Khan considers some fresh looks with Pankaj Tripathi, Jatin Sarna, Ranveer Shorey, Amruta Subhash, Surveen Chawla, Kalki Koechlin, and others. Whereas the second season stopped with Saif aka Sartaj finding Trivedi imprisoned in Ganesh Gaitonde's cellar. The second season starts from the same spot.
But, as Ganesh Gaitonde's narrative passes from Mumbai to Mombasa, the story appears to be somewhat unimpressive in Kenya. The ferocious and courageous Gaitonde in the palms of a public officer, Kusum Devi Yadav, is decreased to a pure puppet.
At the same time, Sartaj also begins to tie loose ends of Mumbai's ruin with the ashram of Guruji where he finds Batya Abelman who takes him to 'gochi ' and asks him to complete what Gaitonde began.
While the show appears exciting at points, the fans on sacred games 1 have lost the exciting aspect and it looked more like a drag. Many people on social media have taken to the microblogging site and have shared their views on the show.
Some thought Gaitonde's main character is lacking a spark whereas others won't like the show's cliff hanger ending. Some people even say that the writing is poor and slammed those who wrote the second season. Although the acting of Nawazuddin and Pankaj was loved, in the second season.
