Sai Pallavi is a multi-faceted person. From starting her career as a dancer to becoming a doctor and an actress, Sai Pallavi has done it all with absolute elan. The actress recently had a release with Love Story, which was released in theatres on September 24. Directed by Sekhar Kammula, the film starred Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. While promoting her film, Sai Pallavi made an open statement against the NEET exam and also about her personal experience about her family member committing suicide. Tamil Nadu has been vehemently opposing NEET and recently the states saw a bunch of youngsters committing suicides fearing to take the exam.

 
At a recent media interaction, Sai Pallavi said, "Medicine is like an ocean of knowledge and it is impossible to predict where the exam question will come from. As a result, we will undoubtedly suffer psychologically and mentally drained out. parents and friends must communicate with youngsters at this point to get rid of suicidal thoughts. Even in my family, someone has committed suicide as a result of poor grades, even though he did not receive a poor grade. However, he committed suicide as a result of his inferior feelings, and I wanted to emphasize that suicide is the act of punishing his own family."
