However, sources now say that Salman will take on a major role instead of the originally planned extended cameo of 20 minutes. Helmed by Abiraj Minawala, the film's storyline is set in Punjab.
Speaking of Salman's role, sources say the writers have reworked the script to accommodate Salman's full-fledged role. The film will now follow the confrontation between Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma's characters.

Touted to be a big-budget action flick, the Guns Of North will come out in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Oriya. The film was originally scheduled to kick-off shooting in April 2020. Owing to the coronavirus outbreak, the shoot stood halted. The makers are now planning on taking the film to the floor after normalcy returns. Fans of Salman Bhai are quite excited to see Aayush Sharma and Salman share the screen.
