With the help of nutritionist Sridevi Jasti, Samantha has been cooking up some delicious healthy recipes. Samantha asked her audience if they’d like some recipes for breakfast smoothies earlier today. Sounds like the actress received a positive response as she took to her Instagram Story to share a list of ingredients for delicious breakfast smoothies!
Samantha shared the ingredient lists for the smoothies on her Instagram Story. She adds that the recipes are available on Sridevi Jasti's Vibrant Living YouTube Channel. Samantha shared the healthy ingredients for the smoothies with a photo of the end result! The photos also show the ingredients needed. Here's a variety of smoothies that you can make at home!
Almond Milk Smoothie: almonds, dates and vanilla pods in almond milk Mango Lassi: Ripe mangoes, dates, coconut yogurt and water Green smoothie: Lettuce and Kale, ripe mango, banana, chia seeds and coconut water. Samantha adds that this smoothie is loaded with nutrients. Tomato gazpacho smoothie: Tomatoes, cucumber, basil, chili, coconut water, salt and pepper, and olive oil. The film also starred actor Sharwanand in a leading role. Samantha will next appear in the film opposite actor Vijay Sethupathi in the film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. The film also stars actress Nayanathara in a leading role. Filmmaker Vignesh Shivan is directing the film. He is returning to make a film after a two-year gap.
