Popular South Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has reportedly purchased a new home worth Rs. 7.8 Cr. in Jayabheri Orange County, one of Hyderabad's most upscale localities. The 3BHK duplex is situated on the 13th and 14th floor and comes with six parking slots, according to real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix. The property boasts a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor.
The house in Jayabheri Orange County is reportedly loaded with top-notch amenities and "abundant open spaces." The website of the gated society describes it as "housing duplex sky villa on the 13th and 14th floors." The society features high-end 3BHK and 4BHK apartments across four, 14-storey towers. The world-class clubhouse offers a range of lifestyle amenities, including a large swimming pool, indoor games, multipurpose court, well-appointed gymnasium and health club, auditorium, and many more facilities.
Samantha will soon be seen in the film Kushi alongside Vijay Deverakonda. She also owns a residence in Jubilee Hills, where she previously lived with her ex-husband, actor Naga Chaitanya. Since 2021, she has reportedly been residing in the house with her two pet dogs, Hash and Saasha. Earlier this year, there were reports that Samantha had purchased a 3BHK apartment with sea views in Mumbai.
Samantha's upcoming project is Citadel's Indian version, which also stars Varun Dhawan. The actress is collaborating with her The Family Man director duo Raj and DK for the spy series. Priyanka Chopra's Citadel premiered on April 28 on Prime Video.
In her latest film Shaakuntalam, Samantha played the central character Shakuntala, daughter of Menaka and Viswamithra. The period drama, which was dubbed and released in Tamil as well as in Hindi, grossed less than Rs. 10 Cr. in its opening weekend.
