Varalakshmi Sarathkumar has made a terrific transformation as she has lost oodles of weight. She has made heads turn with her lean figure and is having close to ten films in her kitty as of now and will next be seen in Samantha's Yashoda where she plays the main villain in this emotional drama.
As Sam is a bit sick, Varalakshmi has started the promotions part and has spoken at will about her role and film in general. The Tamil actress says that she did not know much about Samantha but the one-hour conversation she had in a car during one of the long breaks during the shoot of Yashoda changed her perception of Samantha.
Varu as she is fondly called says that Sam's willpower and strength to go all out in life have inspired her big time. The hardships that she is going through in life and the way she has been handling her personal and professional life despite her sickness is something to be inspired by one and all.
Apart from Yashoda, Varalakshmi will be seen as Balakrishna's sister in Veera Simha Reddy. She has a negative role in this film and will also be seen in a film called Sabari where she plays a single mom. Signing off, Varu says that the best is yet to come.
