Sara Ali Khan is the daughter ex-couple of Bollywood Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. The actress who made her debut with Kedarnath doesn't feel like a star. In an interview with Starry Nights Gen Y, Sara revealed that she's raised very humbly by her parents and she never felt like growing up in a family of stars. "My parents are actors, but I don't think I have been grown up in the family of stars. Father, for instance, dad has always been very particular about education and my mother is the flag-bearer of humility. She so believes putting your head down and letting your work speak for yourself, " she said.

She added that she had no exposure to the world of cinema and Bollywood. I never had much exposure to Bollywood. I don't really think I come from a family of stars. I don't look at myself as a star, " she added.

Talking further about her childhood days, Sara tells everybody that she was a mischievous child. She liked to do pranks and laugh at everybody. "I was a mischievous student in school who played pranks on everyone. One of the pranks I remember was dropping glue on the fan blades which spilled all over the class when switched on. I almost got suspended for this because my principal kept asking why I did this, and I had no answer to it."

Sara's last film Love Aaj Kal failed to impress the audience at large. The film starred Kartik Aaryan along with her.
