Saudi Arabia honors superstar Shah Rukh Khan. King Khan is being honored for his comprehensive contribution to the film industry. Shahrukh will be felicitated at the second Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah from December 1 to 10. The Red Sea International Film Festival Foundation's CEO, Mohammad Al Turki, stated that they are honored to honor Shah Rukh Khan.
“Indian superstar Shah Rukh has won the hearts of his fans from the beginning until now. For 30 years, Shahrukh Khan has remained one of the greatest stars of Indian cinema, adored by audiences worldwide.” He said that he is looking forward to welcoming the superstar to Jeddah in December.
“I am honored to receive this award from the Red Sea International Film Festival. Saudi has always been very supportive of my films,” says Shah Rukh. Shah Rukh Khan added that "I am very interested in being a part of this astonishing film industry in Saudi Arabia."
Shah Rukh is currently shooting a film in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The actor came to Saudi Arabia for the shooting of Dumki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. This is the first time that Shahrukh is joining hands with mega-hit director Rajkumar Hirani. Meanwhile, his latest film Jawan will hit theatres on 2 June 2023.
