The latest development about Salman Khan is that Shah Rukh Khan will join him in his upcoming film Tiger 3. The main shooting for Salman Khan's Kisika Bhai Kisiki Jaan, which Farhad Samji directed, just ended. Salman has already stated that he would have two movies out in 2023. and he has set out the holidays of Eid and Diwali for the release of each movie. The Bhai/Jaan filming is over, except for a few patchwork scenes scheduled for January. Salman will finish Tiger 3, his second release of the year, by the end of February.
“Salman Khan will be shooting back-to-back on Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and follow it up with the last schedule of Tiger 3. While It’s mere patchwork for the action entertainer, he will be canning the key sequences of Tiger 3 by the end of January/early February. That’s not all, he will be joined by Pathaan aka. Shah Rukh Khan in this final leg of the shoot” revealed a source close to the development.
At the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai, the Pathaan and Tiger crossover shoot will last for roughly 7 to 10 days. Director Maneesh Sharma has created a major action scene that justifies the appearance of these two Indian cinema icons.
“Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in one frame warrants celebration on the big screen. Their first crossover will happen in the Republic Day 2023 release, Pathaan. And the next in the offing from the two of them is Tiger 3 during the Diwali weekend. The entire YRF team is very excited to present two of Indian cinema’s biggest superstars in a grand way,” the source added.
By the end of February, the main Tiger 3 filming will be over. and the crew will then fully focus their efforts on the post-production phase. Speaking of Salman Khan, the actor is currently preoccupied with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan's post-production. Although there is a lot of talk about his upcoming project, we can confirm that he has not yet locked any films. “Salman Khan will start a new film in April 2023, if everything goes well. But at the moment, he is not even close to locking his next project. There are some offers that have come his way, including a couple of them from the South. But Salman is yet to take a step toward confirming any film. He is hearing scripts and taking his time to lock his next for Eid 2024,” the source concluded
