Kartik Aaryan takes center stage in the title track of Shehzada after romancing Kriti Sanon and dancing to a cover of Salman Khan's Character Dheela song. He portrays Bantu, an ordinary young man who learns that his real parents are wealthy industrialists. He is getting ready to enter his actual family home in the new song.

Bantu says to his adopted father (Paresh Rawal) at the beginning of the video, "25 saal se tu apne bete ko mil raha hai. Aaj mein pehli baar, apne baap se milunga. (You have been meeting your son for 25 years. Today, I'll meet my father for the first time). He then climbs to a magnificent white mansion before breaking into song. Bantu dances with the mansion's staff and band members on the grounds.
Later, as he enters, he discovers his mother (Manisha Koirala) shutting the doors on him. He is not discouraged by this, though. Kartik plays the lead role in the Hindi version of the 2020 Telugu hit Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The movie also stars Sachin Khedekar, Ronit Roy, Rajpal Yadav, and Kriti Sanon in addition to Paresh, Manisha, and Paresh. The movie, written and directed by Rohit Dhawan, is based on a Trivikram Srinivas narrative. Kartik and Kriti, the movie's leads, were spotted promoting their movie on Valentine's Day at the Taj Mahal in Agra. Prior to the movie's February 17 release, they posed and danced in front of the Mughal monument.
