Shivaji Raja slams MAA's general secretary Naresh ahead of elections
The elections of Movie Artistes Association (MAA) is scheduled to happen on March 10. This time, the current President Shivaji Raja and General Secretary Naresh are pitted against each other.
The election became interesting when Sri Reddy supported Shivaji Raja and his panel. As of now, Rajasekhar and Jeevitha are supporting Naresh, while actor Srikanth, Pruthvi and Nagineedu are lending a hand for Shivaji Raja.
In a recent press meet, Shivaji Raja has blasted his rival Naresh. "Naresh violated the norm that press shouldn't be involved. Neither I nor Srikanth would indulge in any irregularities at any cost. Naresh is like my brother but he insulted me and the President post. But, he didn't even arrive for the rehearsals of an event planned with Chiranjeevi. Because of Srikanth, we were able to conduct that event successfully and collect the fund for MAA Office."
He also called Naresh a sadist when he didn't arrive for his birthday party organized by the association. Shivaji Raja said that he's contesting in this election because an artist told him that he'd commit suicide if he doesn't contest.
