Shivani Rajashekar All Set To Make Her Tollywood Debut

Rajashekar and Jeevitha's second daughter, Shivani Rajashekar, will be making her Telugu debut with Adbhutam. The film, which is directed by Mallik Ram, has a story written by Prashanth Varma. Adbhutam premiered on Disney+Hotstar today (November 19) and features Shivani and Teja Sajja in lead roles. In an interview with the Times of India, director Shivani Rajashekar said, "I play a girl-next-door character called Vennela. The film is filled with comedy, romance, emotions, and a lot of unique twists and turns. I had a blast shooting for it." Shivani has been trying for several years to make her Tollywood debut for the past three years. However, most of the films didn't materialize.

Opening up about it, Shivani said, "It was hard to stay positive when my films kept getting shelved for various reasons. Several people told me that there is something wrong with my horoscope too. It’s only the support of my parents (Dr. Rajashekar, Jeevitha) and sister (Shivathmika) that kept me going. I believe everything happens for a reason. I’m at a good place now and I’m waiting to start this new chapter in my life. Playing Vennela has only brought good things into my life and I hope it’s with this film I break the jinx and prove myself as a good performer. I also have exciting projects in Telugu and Tamil lined up, so there’s no looking back.”
