Shoot of Nithiin's Rang De will resume in August, says its cinematographer PC Sreeram

After the success of Bheeshma, Nithiin started rolling the shoot of his new film Rang De. The shoot of this film came on a halt during the initial stages itself due to the coronavirus pandemic. There was no shoot happened in the last three months due to the lockdown. Recently, the government of Telangana permitted the producers to resume shootings in the state. Thus, the team of Rang De is also prepping up to start the work. The film's cinematographer PC Sreeram stated that the film will go on the floors once again this August. Last night, PC Sreeram shared a throwback picture from the sets of Rang De. He then tweeted, "#RangDe. After a long break due to this deadly coronavirus, we will start rolling from Augusta & will go till finish. Only 30% has to shot as we have finished 70%. World will be a better place for all of us. @venkyatluri @keerthysuresh@actor_nithin@ & This is DSP@sitaraEntsi." Directed by Venky Atluri, this film features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music of it. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi is bankrolling the project under the banner Sithara Entertainments. PC Sreeram has handled the cinematography for Nithiin's Ishq as well. This is their second film together. The makers have unveiled the first look poster recently on the occasion of Nithiin's birthday. It got a good response from the audience. Rang De will mostly hit the screens early next year.
