Here's another exciting project for Shraddha Das! Shraddha turns yoga instruction on Tata Sky's fitness channel! She shared the preview of the Yoga Routine that she will demonstrate on the channel. In the video, Shraddha is performing a simple yoga inspired exercise set. Shraddha is one of the instructors in Tata Sky Fitness' Learn Yoga in 21 days program.
The official Tata Sky Instagram handle shared the news recently. Shraddha Das reshared the snippet that they shared with the same caption that read, "#Repost @tataskyofficial Ace your concentration by learning Ardha Padmasana with Shraddha Das. Tune in to Tata Sky Fitness on 110 and watch this space to #MasterYogain21Days - bit.ly/2Fkhl2k."
Shraddha Das recently made the headlines when she raised her voice against the pressures that Bollywood puts on actors. Her comments come after the shocking demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant died of suicide earlier this week. Shraddha spoke of the pressure actors from a non-industry background face.
"Most actors who are new or coming from non-film families or middle-class families or from outside, cannot afford the clothes, shoes, cars, PR money, stylists, salons, etc., to keep up with this shit all the time….after a point you question, what am I here for? What the hell am I doing?” she tweeted.
“I always and always felt this was the worst kind of pressure you can put on any actor...even if you pay a PR person...they are helpless and keep giving you the same advice to BE seen,” Shraddha Das added.
On the work front, Shraddha Das was last seen in the film Bengali film Panther. Shraddha Das is now looking forward to appearing in the Kannada film Kotigobba 3 and the Telugu film Nireekshana. Kotigobba 3 is one of the year's most awaited films starring Sudeep, Madonna Sebastian, Aftab Shivdasani, Nawab Shah and P. Ravishankar apart from Shraddha Das. Nireekshana, on the other hand, is a thriller film starring actor Sait Ronak and Ena Saha.
