Shruti Haasan's boyfriend presents a precious gift to Kamal Haasan

Shruti Haasan has been dating rapper and artist Santanu Hazarika. Though the couple did not take their relationship official for the public, their cosy pictures on social media speaks volumes about their relationship. On February 26, Shruti arrived in Chennai along with her boyfriend. Shruti has been sharing intimate photos with Santanu on her Instagram page. Yesterday, Shruti and Santanu met the former's father Kamal Haasan and spent some quality time with him. Santanu surprised Kamal Haasan by presenting him a gift.

He drew a fiery painting of Kamal Haasan ready to take on the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections. In one hand, Kamal Haasan can be seen holding a torchlight while holding an axe in the other hand. Kamal haasan took to Instagram to share the artwork and thanked Santanu. He wrote, "We are battle ready.... Thank you for recognizing it @santanu_hazarika_art (sic)." Torchlight is the symbol of Kamal Haasan's political party Makkal Needhi Maiam. He will be contesting in the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly Election which will take place in the state on April 6.
