Kanika Dhillon recently rose to fame once again for writing Taapsee Pannu's Haseen Dilruba, which premiered directly on Netflix. Over the past few weeks, Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan have been making headlines after the latter got arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in connection with the cruise drug bust case. Shah Rukh Khan came back from Spain. Aryan Khan is currently in the Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. Recently, Shah Rukh Khan visited his son in jail and was hounded by media and fans outside the prison. After seeing his grace, many appreciated Shah Rukh Khan's demeanor.

Kanika Dhillon took to Instagram to share a statement regarding the whole hullabaloo about Shah Rukh Khan. She wrote, "More than 3.2 billion people know him, More than the Hollywood star Tom Cruise.
