Sonakshi Sinha hits back at Vivek Agnihotri who wrongly accused her of shooting amid the lockdown; asks the CM to take action against him

Amid the Coronavirus lockdown, an ugly spat between actress Sonakshi Sinha and director Vivek Agnihotri has caught our attention. All of it started when Vivek misunderstood a media article on Sonakshi as being a recent one and slammed her for shooting amid the ongoing lockdown. He instantly shared the article on his Twitter handle and wrote, "Who shoots in such times?"

Soon after his tweet, Sonakshi decided to clear everything and hit back at him for spreading false news. Sonakshi wrote, "Excuse me @MumbaiPolice , @OfficeofUT what is the procedure to stop people from spreading rumors and fake news at a time like this? Asking for a responsible citizen, sitting at home, practicing social distancing and NOT shooting - ME."

Sonakshi in her tweet also asked for the CM's help as she got furious with Vivek's false accusations. However, the director was quick to add that he tried to take a dig at the media agency and not her. He wrote, "The dig is at @MumbaiMirror not you. If I have to say something to you, I’d tag you. It’s very insensitive to print such pictures in a trying time like this, giving the wrong impression. As a star you should also very strongly condemn this kind of yellow and insensitive journalism."

But it looks like Sonakshi channeled her inner boss lady and again slammed Vivek in her tweet. She wrote, "U haven’t tagged who ur taking a dig at. Nor did u mention source of the picture. Nor have you replied or clarified to anyone attacking me after ur statement. Rule no.1 of taking a dig - dont post someone else's picture 2 take a dig at someone else,be specific.Thank u & goodbye."
