Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is said to have sold her central location Mumbai apartment for 32.5 crores. The luxurious flat is close to Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex. The Neerja actor is rumoured to reside in Notting Hill, London, with her husband Anand Ahuja and son Vayu in a stunning home and office. The actress received Rs 32.5 crore for the third-floor home in Mumbai's Signature Island.
She reportedly paid between Rs 17 crore and Rs 31 crore for the property in 2015, however, there is a disagreement in the reported amounts. The property has a built-up area of 5,533 square feet. The new owner will receive space for four vehicles, according to the documentation that Squarefeet India was able to obtain.
According to Varun Singh, founder of Squarefeatindia, "The building in which Sonam sold the house is located on the Central Business District of BKC, a sought-after place”. According to reports, a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore was paid for the transaction, and SMF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. was the buyer. It appears from the pricing that Sonam was not able to sell her item for a significant profit.
Sonam most recently appeared as the lead actress in the 2019 movie The Zoya Factor. The actress will next be featured in Shome Makhija's Blind. She plays a blind police officer in the movie. She shares a prominent role with Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey.
