Sonam Kapoor who always stays active on social media has now shared her scariest cab experience which made her shaken. She took to Twitter to warn the netizens about Uber.
"Guys I've had the scariest experience with @Uberlondon. Please please be careful. The best and safest is just to use local public transportation or cabs. I'm super shaken." Tweeted Sonam Kapoor. When a follower asked her more about it, the actress replied, "The driver was unstable and was yelling and shouting. I was shaking by the end of it". On this note, the official handle of Uber reacted to hit and apologized to her. "Sorry to hear about this, Sonam. Can you please send us a DM with your email address and mobile so we can look into this?" Asked Uber.
However, Sonam Kapoor who is in no mood to talk more about it just said, "I tried complaining about your app, and just got multiple disconnected replies by bots. You guys need to update your system. The damage is done. There is nothing more you can do".
Although Sonam Kapoor has a genuine concern here, there are a few people who still trolled her.
