Mahi V Raghav is a talented filmmaker in the Telugu film industry. Having made his debut with the film Pathashala, the director shot to fame by making a biopic on the life of YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Titled Yatra, the film became a big hit. Now, the director shared his thoughts on North East Delhi, saying protests without violence should not get encouragement.
"Stop blaming politicians for every time a riot happens. Politicians are not aliens, they are one of us. They reflect all of us as people. Don’t think those rioters were minors or with an unstable mind. High time we look within and seek answers than play the victim card. If a society like us can be so manipulated by politicians than we don’t deserve democracy. It Ok to protest but it's a big No to violence. Religion is far more dangerous than coronavirus, there is hope for a cure for that than religious hatred." shared Mahi V Raghav on these protests.
On the work front, Mahi V Raghav is preparing the script for his next film. A star hero plays the lead role in the project. PVP produces the film under PVP Cinema. More details on the film will come out soon.
