Tiger Shroff’s Student of the Year 2 rated very cheaply!
Today, Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria starrer 'Student Of The Year 2' have hit the theatres. 'Brainlessly breezy fare wrapped in gloss that wears off quickly,' wrote NDTV.
'There was a lot more scope for comedy,' the Times of India (TOI) said. Koimoi called the film a "needless sequel". It has been rated 1.5/5 (NDTV, Koimoi) and 3/5 (TOI).
It follows the traditional format of casting beautiful characters, give them no strong content, make sure they are pleasing to your eyes & pain to your a**. The action sequences which weren’t required at all, are smoothly choreographed and might find a place in any of the other Tiger movies.
Fans say that it’s disappointing to see a very entertaining Student Of The Year getting such a second-rate sequel. Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has a habit of spoiling the good movies with his annoying sequels. His 'Bhaagi' was a remake of the Telugu blockbuster 'Varsham' starring Prabhas and Trisha Krishna which was replaced by himself and Shraddha Kapoor.
It went disastrous and not stopping there he made the sequel of 'Bhaagi’ which is a remake of Adivi Sesh’s 'Kshanam', an experimental hit. Here Disha Patani is the female lead for Tiger.
