This is to curb the spread of the disease. Even all the film shoots and the film releases got halted. Thus, actors and film technicians are also spending time at home. There are a lot of fitness freaks among our actors. All of them are working out in their home gyms. But actor Sudheer Babu decided to share knowledge on how to workout at home by using regular things at home. He came up with a 5-day workout plan. He will be posting one video every day for five days under this plan. In every video, the actor shares different workouts and how can people do them using home equipment. Sudheer Babu shared two videos until now.
On Day 1, Sudheer shared how to do various chest and biceps workouts. His workouts included Flat Chest Press, Incline Chest Press, Decline Chest Press, Chest Press on a ball. The biceps workouts included Reverse Palm Push-ups, Biceps Curls, Bicep concentration curls and a bit of cardio.
On Day 2, the Prema Katha Chitram actor shared various back and tricep workouts. Back exercises included back extension, rows, superman and pull-ups. Tricep workouts included dips, extensions, diamond push-ups.
