Sundeep Kishan is one of the young heroes of Tollywood, with most of the films in his body of work are being experimental. As most of the experiments fail in the beginning, he also did. That is why he couldn't establish himself as a major league actor, unlike his contemporary ones. Sundeep Kishan struggled a lot until recently to settle in the industry.
Sundeep Kishan started out as an assistant director to director Gautham Vasudev Menon for a year. Although he aspired to become an actor and also have a good connection to the industry, needless to say, he is the nephew of ace cinematographer Chota K. Naidu, who is a big personality in the industry.
He debuted with 'Prasthanam', directed by Deva Katta, in which he acted as the younger brother of Sharwanand. His character has a negative shade. Sundeep contemplated before signing up because he worried about the image that might shape up if he does the character. After there release the film went onto gain a cult status and people praised his performance. He then debuted as a lead, under the direction of Sreedha Reddy Madhura with Sneha Geetham. He then went onto make many off-beat films like 'Routine Love Story', 'Gundello Godari', 'Venkatadri Express', 'D for Dopidi'.
He also made his Hindi debut with 'Shor in the City', and Tamil debut with 'Yaaruda Mahesh'. He received acclaim for his performance in 'Tiger', 'Maanagaram', 'Maayavan'. He all geared up for his unreleased film 'DK Bose'
