Suniel Shetty is all set to make his OTT debut with the upcoming web series titled Dharavi Bank. The show which is helmed by Samit Kakkad will stream on MX Player. The actor revealed his first look from the upcoming web series in a recent tweet.
The 60-year-old actor shared a photo of himself as Thalaiva from the series. Shetty is shown in a no-nonsense pose, joining his hands in a solemn greeting. He's wearing a golden wristwatch and has a white mark on his brow. He captioned the post, “A new avatar, a new medium, a new journey. Presenting the first look of Thalaiva, from Dharavi Bank, my first step into the world of OTTs. Thank you MX Player, Vivek Oberoi, Sonali Kulkarni, Samit Kakkad, Zee Studios. Gratitude.”
The show also stars Vivek Oberoi and Sonali Kulkarni in pivotal roles, in addition to Suniel Shetty. The series is being marketed as a realistic crime thriller, and no release date has been set so far.
Apart from working on his first web series, Suniel Shetty will host an upcoming reality show titled Kumite 1 Warrior Hunt. The drama-packed competition between 16 fighters from various parts of India will be unveiled in the series that is based on MMA. The 16 contestants have been selected after several rounds of auditions. The reality show will air on MX Player and will end with a male and female winner who will be given the opportunity to represent India on an international stage.
