Actor Sunny Wayne released the first look poster of his new film Adithattu. The film will be the second collaboration of Sunny Wayne and director Jijo Anthony. The film also stars Shine Tom Chacko in a lead role.
In the poster, Sunny Wayne sits on a boat on the backdrop of the blue sea, holding a fishing hook. Sunny captioned the image “Marcos,” his character’s name in the Film.
The first look poster and reports suggest that the film is set to tell the story of fishermen. Adithattu, according to Shine, is a seafaring narrative about the day-to-day life of fishermen. Shine told this to the Indian Express.
“It’s an idea that seems practical given the present conditions,” Shine adds that the film would have a small cast and crew and will be set primarily at sea. “One doesn’t experience the commotion normally seen on a film set on land. So, we thought it would be wise to do something that doesn’t require us to be in a place where the risk of the corona is higher;” Shine told the Indian Express.
The crew will begin filming as soon as they receive approval. Susan Joseph and Sin Treesa produce the film, with a script by Khai's Millen. The director of photography is Pappinu, while the editor is Noufal Abdullah. Nezer Ahmed composes the soundtrack for Sharfu Amishaff’s words.
