It’s been a month since the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput and unfortunately, it is a fact that we couldn’t let him rest in peace. Since his demise, netizens have been trolling Rhea Chakraborthy and Anita Lokhande. They have been a target of online trolling and are receiving hatred on the internet. Because of what’s been going on, the actresses have even turned off the comments section on their social media posts.
Celebrity hairstylist Sapna Bhavnani, who was one of the closest friends of Sushanth, took to Twitter to talk about the hatred Rhea Chakraborty and Ankita Lokhande are facing and defend them. Sapna wrote, “These women are going through their own grief and that needs to be respected.. there is no need to bully them. Please Focus on #SushantSingh and pray that justice is served. #RiyaChakraborty #AnkitaLokhande. ” (sic)
Via Twitter, Sapna asked netizens to not troll the actresses as she believes they already are going through a lot and that bullying is not the need of the hour, but justice to Sushant is. Meanwhile, on the one-month death anniversary of Sushant, Rhea and Ankitha have taken to social media to mourn the loss. Rhea had shared that she is still struggling to face her emotions.
“…an irreparable numbness in my heart. You are the one who made me believe in love, the power of it. You taught me how a simple mathematical equation can decipher the meaning of life and I promise you that I learnt from you every day,” wrote Rhea by sharing a photo of hers with Sushant.
Sushant’s last film Dil Bechara will have a digital release on July 24 on Disney+Hotstar. This film has Sanjana Sanghi as the lead actress as AR Rahman as the music director. Dil Bechara is Hindi remake of Hollywood film Fault In Our Stars.
