Telugu Actress Karate Kalyani Files Complaint Against Music Director Devi Sri Prasad

Karate Kalyani, a well-known Telugu actress, has allegedly filed a police complaint against famed music composer Devi Sri Prasad, claiming that his recently released private song insults Hinduism and Hindus to the core. She has allegedly approached the Cyberabad police and filed a police complaint in Hyderabad, claiming that she and her community are outraged by DSP's usage of the Hindu chant 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' in his recently released solo song O Pari's lyrics.

She also spoke to the media about it, claiming that Hindus and Hinduism have become a soft targets for select people. When numerous Hindus used the above chant 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' to honor the magnificence of Lord Rama, one of Hinduism's principal gods, some used hymns and chants to denigrate them in this way. She was reportedly startled to learn that a well-known music director, such as DSP, had exploited Rama's chant for such a humiliating solo song.

He would not be doing this if he respected his religion. He produced a music video with bikini beauties dancing to Lord Rama's cry, which is not appropriate! If he doesn't believe in a religion, that's great, but he can't disrespect other believers by releasing such albums for his own fame; so, he should publicly apologize to all Hindus as soon as possible. Despite working in the same creative Industry as an actor for years, she allegedly maintained that she never took part in or supported anything that denigrated or dishonored Hindus.
