By now, we all are already aware that Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback into films after a gap of two years. He will be acting in the Telugu remake of Pink, directed by Sriram Venu of MCA fame. Star producer Dil Raju will be bankrolling this project.
Already, Dil Raju and Sriram Venu are conducting the music sessions with the film's composer Thaman. Meanwhile, they are also finalizing the cast of the film. Reports are claiming that Nivetha Thomas will reprise the role of Taapsee from the original. Now, the sources claim that Telugu actress Ananya Nagalla got signed up to play another female lead in the film. There will be three female leads in the movie and two of them have been finalized till now.
Ananya Nagalla made her debut with Mallesham earlier this year. Her performance got several accolades and the young actress managed to bag a role in this big project. Another female lead will also get finalized soon. The shoot of this film will go on floors in January.
Pink is the story of three women who hire a senior lawyer to deal with their harassment case. The original had Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles.
