Popular singer and Bollywood actress Shweta Pandit is currently under self-quarantine in her home in Italy. Her recent video on social media is now going viral on the internet and is bringing tears in our eyes. A lot of people are sharing the news and let us hope that the government extends help for her.
The video featured Shweta Pandit asking everyone to take the Coronavirus pandemic very seriously. The five-minute-long video on Instagram showcased Shweta saying, “It has been a month since I have stepped out from my room. Every day, I am waking up in the morning with the sirens of the ambulance, and sadly it is the truth. We don’t know how it spread so much here. But we know that by the time we realized about Coronavirus, it had reached a lot of people. I don’t want that to happen in India. I am here with my husband but I miss my parents. I was supposed to return to my parents in India for Holi but I didn’t do so as I didn’t want to spread it to others. I have been receiving so many calls from people in India to check on me and I am very grateful to them".
"Me and my family are doing fine. But this is slowly catching the whole world. I want us to fight against it by maintaining social distancing. Be safe" added Shweta.
