Thalaivar 168: Rajinikanth reunited with SPB yet again

Superstar Rajinikanth is presently shooting for his upcoming film Thalaivar 168. Directed by Siruthai Siva, the rural entertainer features a huge star cast including Meena, Khushbu, Keerthy Suresh and Prakash Raj essaying important roles in the film, produced by Sun Pictures.

The shooting of Thalaivar 168 commenced with a song shoot on December 18. Composer D Imman who has scored the music took to Twitter to share the news to Rajinikanth’s ardent fans. He also shared a photo with Superstar Rajinikanth from the sets of the film.
Now, the latest reports suggest that an opening song is a motivational number which is sung by none other than singer SP Balasubrahmanyam. Recently, the two joined hands for Chumma Kizhi from Rajinikanth's previous film Darbar which turned out as a chartbuster among fans.
D Imman shared a photo with Rajinikanth and wrote, “Met the Man of Simplicity our dear @rajinikanth sir on the first day of the shoot today which had commenced with a song! His positive words about the song were so encouraging! What an aura! What an energy this man spills to the world around him! Breathtaking! Praise God! (sic)”
