Thalaivi trailer: Kangana rocks the performance in this biopic

The trailer of Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film Thalaivi which is a biopic of late Chief Minister and actress Jayalalitha was released on Tuesday and it looks absolutely stunning. Directed by AL Vijay, the teaser of the film was unveiled in February and now, the trailer is here. The makers have announced that the film will release on April 23.

The trailer shows various stages and phases of Jayalalitha and the birth of an actress and a politician. Vijay has focused on all the ups and downs she went through, her life as an actress, success, personal life, growth in political life, how she became the Amma for the people of Tamil Nadu, and many other incidents in bits in pieces. Fierce Kangana has pulled off the role quite well and all the attitude she has become an asset to the character she has played in this film. The film has Aravind Swami as MGR, Prakash Raj, Jisshu Sengupta, and Bhagyashree, among others. The trailer shows Jayalalithaa being undermined by men, who doubt if she has what it takes to be a politician, especially because she was originally an actor. The film is releasing in multiple languages and fans of the actresses both Kangana and Jayalalitha are waiting for the release.
