The makers of ‘Chitralahari’ has released the first single from the album on Tuesday. Titled as ‘Parugu Parugu’ the lyrical video has hit the chords with the listeners with catchy tune and instrumentals that standout.
Applauded for turning music into magic Devi Sri Prasad is back with his trademark formula. Celebrated as one of the star musicians in South India, DSP is facing quite a downtime lately. Though he gave few chartbuster songs through ‘Rangasthalam’, his tunes in ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ followed by F2 seems to felt mediocre which came to major disappointment to the fans. With many other young musicians who are doing exceptionally well, the directors and heroes are turning to other options as DSP is failing to deliver.
However, ‘Chitralahari’ seems to be a comeback album to DSP with his mark beat and tune. Giving best lyrics for his tunes is one of the facets Devi has and he repeated the magic once again with narrative lyrics.
Coming to the song, it is no doubt a catchy one which haunts us for days with Devi’s trademark sax played by Martin. Singer David Simon’s voice added freshness to the song. The lyrics convey that the ‘Supreme Hero’ Sai Dharam Tej is portraying a character of a disappointed dreamer who runs for success but couldn’t achieve it. The song will no doubt be a new anthem for young dreams. This song has now raised anticipations on the movie and remaining album.
Helmed by Nenu Sailaja fame Kishore Tirumala the movie is under post production works which is all set to release on April 12th.
