The song ‘Pathala Pathala’ in the Kamal Haasan movie which will release on June 3 is controversial. The first lyrical video of the film directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj was released two days ago. The controversy is surrounding the song written and sung by Kamal himself.
The controversy is that some of the lyrics written by Kamal are aimed at the Central Government.
"The treasury has no money, it is full of diseases, the central government is there but the Tamils are not getting anything. The keys are in the hands of a thief," Kamal wrote. The song also says that the country will be better if people come down and work. Allegedly these lines are a Tamil protest against the Central Government.
Meanwhile, the song composed by Anirudh is getting a good response. Kamal Haasan's dance to the song is taken by the audience with full applause. The song has already got over one crore viewers on YouTube alone.
After Master, Lokesh Kanakaraj's film Vikram will star Kamal Haasan along with Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahad Fazil. Chemban Vinod Jose and Kalidas Jayaram also play major roles in the film. Tamil superstar Surya is also rumored to be playing a cameo in the film.
A video of Suriya and Kamal Haasan together went viral on social media. The said video of the actors together led to these rumors. The video shows the two talking on a movie set. Reportedly, Suriya will attend the audio launch of 'Vikram' on May 15 in Chennai.
