The Warrior, directed by Lingusamy and starring Ram Pothineni, Aadhi Pinisetty, and Krithi Shetty, promises to be a pumped-up action thriller about a young officer battling a rowdy in Kurnool. Ram, who will make his Kollywood debut with the bilingual, says he is thrilled to be working with the famous Tamil filmmaker.
"Lingusamy was one of the first directors to figure out how to make action movies seem sleek and elegant." "I'm overjoyed to have finally received the chance to perform in a film directed by him." Lingusamy feels it was fate that he would finally make his dream debut in Telugu film after a two-decade career in Kollywood. "After seeing how well my films like Run and Awara were appreciated in Telugu, I wished to do a picture with the stars here." I've always felt at ease here. "I'm thrilled that my Tollywood debut is finally taking place," he says.
While The Warrior is primarily about a confrontation between a police officer and a legendary criminal, Lingusamy claims that the plot has numerous aspects that will surprise the viewer. "This is the finest script I've ever written in my career." I won't give away too many spoilers, but I can assure you that the film will keep you engaged. Bullet Song has received a positive reception. "It's catchy and aesthetically appealing, and I believe people will be singing the tune after they leave the theatres," Lingusamy says.
