The Weasel's Tale is the story of a retired actress who lives with her husband and two other friends in a mansion. All four actors have done a fantastic job. The black comedy worked well. The dialogues are clever. The plot is intelligent and few scenes are predictable. The conflict is poor so the script concentrates more on the cat and mouse game between them. The relationship between the four elderly eccentrics got presented well and is enjoyable. Cinematography is okay. The editing is fine. The music is good. This movie is both entertaining and engaging.
Ordinary Love has a simple story about a fight with breast cancer. Great actors performing day to day life characters are appreciable. The lead actors have done a fantastic job. There are not many subplots as such, it's only about a long-married couple and their natural behavior when they encounter a life and death scare. Even though the basic point is good and the trauma into which a couple goes got discussed with a lot of depth, very little happens on the screen other than that. It's very slow at times. The direction also works in parts (weepy and emotional moments). All the other crafts have done their job well. You can watch it once for an honest attempt and convincing performances.
