While the songs released so far were happy and romantic moments, the new song shows the heartache of Ram and Sita. Afrin is also seen in the song searching for something. Rashmika Mandana plays Afrin in the film.
The song was composed by Vishnu Vishal and sung by Kapil Kapilan and Annie Amy Vazhapilli. The lyrics are penned by Vinayak Sasikumar.
Sita Ramam is a story set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pak war of 1965. Dulquer will be seen in the film as a soldier named "Lieutenant Ram". Mrinal plays the role of "Sita," while Rashmika Mandana plays the role of "Afreen." The photos of Sita Ramm were making waves online.
