Nivin said this in response to a question from a fan while the promotion his new film, Saturday Night. The student told Nivin that he was a big fan of Nivin Pauly and wanted to release Tharamukham in the theatre immediately. "But Tharamukham is not in my pocket," replied Nivin Pauly with a smile. “I am someone who wants that movie to come out just like you do. It is in a bit of trouble due to some financial problems with its producer. It is rumoured that it will be released in November or December. The film Tharamukham is being taken up for release by one of our foremost producers, Listin Stephen. I believe that it will be released as the list has been taken over," Nivin said. The release date of the film Tharamukham, which had been postponed several times, was finally announced on June 3. When this date was changed, the makers informed us that due to unforeseen legal reasons, the release of Tharamukham had to be postponed by another week. But a later release date has not been announced yet. The main theme of the film Tharamukham is the Chapa labour division system that existed in Kochi till 1962 and the struggle of the workers to end it.
