The Uttar Pradesh Police have detained three foreigners with addresses in Greater Noida. They were suspected of participating in online scams. According to news agency PTI, Greater Noida's Deputy Commissioner of Police Abhishek Verma conversed about this on Friday. He said, “Three foreigners staying in Greater Noida have been arrested allegedly for being involved in cyber frauds and were found to have in their possession a fake passport made in the name of filmstar Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.”
In response to a former Army colonel's charge that he got cheated of Rs. 1.81 crores. The police had opened an investigation. The situation is still being investigated. According to PTI, three suspects have been taken into custody as of right now. Two of them are from Ghana. The other one is from Nigeria.
