Actress Alia Bhatt addressed the criticism and trolls around the "love storiyaan" lyric. The song is "Kesariya", It is from her upcoming release, Brahmastra. She was promoting her upcoming debut feature film, Darlings. Alia Bhatt questioned why she should be worried about the trolls. Because "Kesariya" is at the top of the music charts. She was in New Delhi for the release of the song "La Ilaaj" from the film Darlings. “Gaana number one pe hai, toh main kyun complaint karoon! (The song is number one on the charts, then why should I complain),” she said.

 
"Kesariya," sung by Arijit Singh. It was written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and composed by Pritam. In the song's two minutes and 52 seconds, Alia and Ranbir portray the lovers Isha and Ayan as they profess their love for one another. The shooting was in Varanasi, a holy city.
 
In the dark comedy Darlings, a strong mother and daughter battle their issues while looking for love and establishing themselves in Mumbai. The movie is produced by Gauri Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Gaurav Verma. It is the first feature film that director Jasmeet K Reen has ever directed. Darlings are Alia Bhatt's first film as a producer and feature Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, Roshan Mathew, and Alia Bhatt in the key roles.
