The current ongoing Coronavirus lockdown has impacted the lives of not only the very poor in our country but also those who do not have a permanent job. Many tv actors who earn their salaries based on the amount of work they do are now left with no work at all for the last two to three months. Sadly this has also led some to committing suicide in the face of such calamity. Recently tv actor Rajesh Kareer of the Begusarai fame took to social media to urge his followers to send financial aid.
In his video Kareer is seen explaining his situation to his fans. He tells everyone that he has no source of income for over 3 months now and badly needs money to go back to his home in Punjab. He asked fans to even send just 200-300 rupees so he can take a small job up in Punjab.
In the same video he adds saying, "I have lived in Mumbai with family for the past 15 to 16 years. I had no work for sometime but from the past two to three months, it's even worse. Please do whatever you can so I can go back to Punjab and pick up a small job."
Now Kareer has revealed to SpotboyE that his co-star from Begusarai Shivangi Joshi has extended her support. Shivangi Joshi has sent him a sum of 10000 rupees.
Kareer has thanked his on screen daughter and said, "I am really happy with her gesture. We were not so close to each other on the set but despite that she came ahead to help me in this crisis, it means a lot”
