Urvashi Rautela donates Rs. 5 crores for the coronavirus relief fund

Its been two months already and we are yet to recover from the coronavirus pandemic. The cases are spiking up every day and lockdown is still continuing in most of the countries. Many celebrities have decided to help people who are suffering from this pandemic. They are donating in many ways and are helping the government to fight this battle. Recently, Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has donated Rs. 5 crores to the COVID-19 relief fund.

 

A few days back, Urvashi took on Instagram to inform her fans about her virtual dance class. During her home quarantine, Urvashi has done an online dance masterclass on Tiktok. In this session, she taught various dance forms like Zumba, Latin, and Tabata dance. The session was free for the people who wanted to lose weight and learn dance. More than 18 million people got connected with Urvashi through this session. She has got funds of Rs. 5 crores with this masterclass. The Sanam Re actress has decided to donate all the money to the COVID-19 relief fund.

 

Urvashi said that we need to get together and no donation is small. She thanked all the actors, politicians, sports stars, industrialists, and especially, common people who have donated to the relief fund. She added that together we can beat this pandemic. Urvashi also lauded the efforts of organizations like UNICEF, CRY, and Swadesh Foundation, which are working towards the support of poor people in these tough times.

 

On the film front, Urvashi will be next seen in the film Virgin Bhanupriya, which is being directed by Ajay Lohan.
