Varun Tej too joins the list of celebrities who donated money to Corona Crisis Charity; announces 20 lakh rupees

Young Hero Varun Tej who is enjoying the success of 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh' has done his part to support the daily wage workers who are struggling because of the country lockdown. Getting inspired by his uncle Chiranjeevi and all the other cousins, Varun Tej too came forward to extend a donation to the workers of cinema. The actor took to his Twitter profile to announce the same and wrote about the donation. "Doing my bit at this time of crisis! Please do your part to help the people in need around you!" tweeted Varun Tej who also posted a picture where he mentioned his thoughts. "The backbone of our industry are people who work relentlessly behind the scenes to create the magic you experience. Times like these we need to stand up for each other to help, secure & give them confidence that we are in it together. On that note, I would like to humbly contribute an amount of 20 lakhs to the #Coronacrisischarity (CCC) initiative set up by TFI to help our people fight against this pandemic" penned Varun Tej in the special note. The fans are also extremely happy with his kind gesture. They are also getting ready to donate money now. On the work front, Varun Tej's next movie is going to be under the direction of Kiran Korrapati. Varun Tej will be playing the role of a boxer in this yet-to-be-titled movie.
