Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal has delivered many successful films in the past few years. He also won a National award for his role in Uri: The Surgical Strike. The actor has received a lot of praise for his convincing roles in films like Raazi among other films. Vicky Kaushal is soon going to turn a year older. The actor will turn 32 on May 16 and is now planning on celebrating a low-key birthday party at his home.
Speaking to Mumbai Mirror about the current pandemic and lockdown Vicky Kaushal said,
“I never thought that we’d be in a situation where things literally come to a standstill. Leave alone a birthday in lockdown, I never even imagined a lockdown before."
"There were no cell phones to take selfies and record the event, nor peer pressure to post them. It was just about having a good time with friends. Those simple days from my childhood are special, " he added. Vicky Kaushal also said that he has no issue being at home. He concluded saying, "Look at what people, who are away from home or don’t have a home, are going through, including the frontline workers of the pandemic. By staying home, we can help flatten the curve."
On the work front Vicky Kaushal starring Takht has also halted production due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Vicky Kaushal last starred in Bhoot Part 1: The Haunted Ship. The film is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
Apart from Takht, he will be seen in Sardar Udham Singh biopic by Shoojit Sircar.
