Shakuntala Devi was an Indian writer and mental calculator, and a great mathematician. She is popularly known as the "human computer". Shakuntala Devi also earned a place in the 1982 edition of The Guinness Book of World Records. Now, a movie is going to come up soon in her life.
Vidya Balan plays the titular role in the film titled, Shakuntala Devi. The film unit released the trailer of the movie today.
Going by trailer, the film not just depicts the journey of Shakuntala Devi as the Human-Computer but also traces the emotional personal life journey too. The trailer looks fun and emotional with multiple sub-tracks added to the main track.

The movie is releasing on 31st July on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Anu Menon, the movie is produced jointly by Sony Pictures Networks Productions & Vikram Malhotra. Shikhaa Sharma is the co-producer of the film. Anu Menon and Nayanika Mahtani provided the story and screenplay for the film. Ishita Moitra penned the dialogues for the film. Keiko Nakahara is the director of photography while Antara Lahiri is the film's editor. Sachin-JIgar composed the film's music and the Original Background Score is done by Karan Kulkarni.
