'Kushi,' directed by Shiva Nirvana and starring Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda, is one of the most anticipated forthcoming flicks. The multi-lingual, billed as a romance drama, was primarily shot in Kashmir. 'Kushi' also marks the Telugu film debut of award-winning musician Hesham Abdul Wahab. Hesham Abdul Wahab revealed details regarding the music of 'Kushi' to an internet portal.

Hesham Abdul Wahab, known for his work on 'Hridayam' and 'Brahmastra,' traveled to Kashmir with Shiva Nirvana, Samantha, Vijay Deverakonda, and the complete 'Kushi' crew to gather inspiration for his music. "When filmmaker Shiva Nirvana first invited me to travel to Kashmir for the composing sessions, I questioned how we would pull this off," Hesham says. But as soon as I arrived, I saw the magnificence of this stunning location and how the culture and scenery here may inspire my work. Imagine playing music against the backdrop of these foggy mountains!"

Traveling to the heavenly scenery and witnessing the performers perform in front of his eyes provided Hesham with the necessary inspiration, and the music poured into his heart. Hesham Abdul Wahab, who has captivated music fans throughout the country with his heartfelt songs for 'Hridayam,' assures us that he would provide something 'beyond that' for the future project. "'Kushi' features five tracks, and I can only say that it will be better than 'Hridayam.'" The Samantha-Vijay Deverakonda film is massive in many ways. "Around 50 artists are participating in the process, with perhaps 25-30 working directly with me," Hesham Abdul Wahab remarked.
