During 'Arjun Reddy' movie time, we have seen popular anchor Anasuya Bharadwaj making shocking comments on Vijay Devarakonda's speech. But now Anasuya played a crucial role in Vijay Deverakonda's production venture 'Meeku Maathrame Cheptha'.
Directed by Shammeer Sultan, Tharun Bhascker Dhassyam, Abhinav Gomatam played crucial roles in the film which finally hit the theatres today on November 1st, 2019.
During a promotional interview, Vijay Deverakonda
opened up about casting. He stated that he has always been a forgiving person and it's not him who selected Anasuya for that role. Director Shammeer Sultan said that Anasuya would be the perfect match for that role. The movie is more important than our personal issues. I don't know if I would have given her the role if I was the director. But, as a producer, I haven't got involved in any of the other departments. The entire casting decisions are the director's choice and hasn't even gone to the sets more than once during the shooting of the film," said Vijay Deverakonda.
Despite getting released amid high expectations, the movie has been receiving a mixed response from the audience. We have to wait and see how far Vijay Deverakonda is going to taste success as a producer of this film.
