Vijay Deverakonda, who is making his pan-Indian debut with the film 'Liger,' says that as much as he wants to make more films, he is awful at multi-tasking and prefers to focus on one at a time.
In a speech in Mumbai, Vijay stated: "To be honest, I'm terrible at multitasking. I can concentrate on one subject at a time. Otherwise, if I take on too much, I become confused; it is not within my capacity. As a result, I will only work on one film at a time."
Vijay's character, the 'Liger,' has a speech issue, which, according to the actor, adds another complexity to the character. "My character in the film has a stammering condition, which added to the intrigue," Vijay explained. "On the one hand, he is the person who is physically powerful and scary to others, a warrior, yet he can't even say the simple three words 'I love you to the girl he loves."
"It brought subtle comedy as well as an emotional element to his persona." When we first started shooting, I was striving to find the right note, but after three days, everything became second nature."
'Liger' also has appearances by Ananya Panday, Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, and Mike Tyson, among others. The film will release in theatres on August 25.
