Vijay Deverakonda: I’m not acting in Dear Comrade Hindi remake
Recently, the hot and happening Vijay Deverakonda was spotted in Mumbai. Yesterday, it has been announced that the Hindi remake rights of Dear Comrade are snapped by Karan Johar.
The Bollywood filmmaker watched the film at a private screening and is impressed by it. He also added that he’d be bankrolling the Hindi remake in his banner.
Ever since the news has been announced, rumours are rife that Vijay Deverakonda will play the lead in Hindi as well. However, he made it clear that he’ll not do the Hindi version.
He said, “I do have plans of acting in Hindi film but I will make a decision when a right project comes through.” The film is releasing in four languages on July 26.
