Vijay Deverakonda is widely recognized as one of Tollywood's most diverse and gifted performers. Along with Ananya Panday and Ramya Krishnan, the Arjun Reddy actor is currently preparing for the premiere of his much anticipated movie, Liger. Liger is set to hit theaters on August 25, 2022, and represents Vijay's first film in Hindi and Ananya's first in Telugu. It will be made available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada. Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta are the producers.
Vijay is now doing everything he can to promote Liger. In an interview with India Today, the actor was asked what he would steal from Shah Rukh Khan. "His King Title," Deverakonda remarked. The terms "Baadshah of Bollywood," "King of Bollywood," and "King Khan" are all used to describe SRK. He was also questioned about his desire in accepting other Bollywood offers. The actor said that he is not in a rush to sign films since he is currently more interested in enjoying the promotion process, getting to know people, having conversations with them, traversing the country, and enjoying food. "I am in no mind space to look at work beyond Liger right now. So once Liger is done, I'll take some time and listen to stuff and then figure out what I want," he added.
American boxer Mike Tyson makes his cameo appearance in Indian cinema with a lengthy performance in Liger. Additionally, the movie also has key performances by Vishu Reddy, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, Ronit Roy, and Getup Srinu.
Furthermore, Vijay will co-star alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Shiva Nirvana's romantic comedy Kushi as the movie's leading guy. He also has the Puri Jagannadh movie Jana Gana Mana, which also stars Pooja Hegde in the lead role.
